Roasted cashew makes a delightfully creamy, smooth nut butter. It’s endlessly versatile when baking and holds its own when spread on a modest toast.

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 Baking Pan, lined with parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Roasted Cashews, unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven the 325°
  • Evenly distribute cashews on lined baking sheet
  • Roast for 15 minutes
  • Add cashews to food processor
  • Blend for eight minutes scraping down the sides when needed
  • Add coconut oil to smooth out, if needed
  • Scoop into jar
  • Refrgerate up to two weeks
