- 3 cups Roasted Cashews, unsalted
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Heat oven the 325°
Evenly distribute cashews on lined baking sheet
Roast for 15 minutes
Add cashews to food processor
Blend for eight minutes scraping down the sides when needed
Add coconut oil to smooth out, if needed
Scoop into jar
Refrgerate up to two weeks
