Dry Ingredients 300 grams flour gluten-free flour works too! 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Homemade Dairy-Free Buttermilk 1 1/2 cups soy milk other plant-based milks work too 1/2 cup water 2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar lemon juice / all vinegars work too 2 tsos vanilla 4 tbsp vegan butter
Make Dairy-Free Buttermilk Dry Ingredients Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
Add dairy-free butternilk
Add vanilla, buttermilk, and melted butter to dry ingredients
Mix ingredients by hand until bubble form
Heat friying pan on medium high
Scoop in batter
Wait for it to bubble
Flip
Serve
