Hey there! I’m Riann, the one-woman show behind Riann Bakes. This little floating bakery started with me, alone in a new state during lockdown, baking a single loaf of bread to keep my hands busy… and then another… and another. Turns out it might be my reason for life-hehe.
Everything I make is 100% vegan and allergy-friendly so that anyone can walk up to my booth or open a box from the mail and snack without stress. If you need gluten-free, nut-free, or soy-free, just shout and I’ll make it happen.
Every order you place also bakes up a little good: I donate a loaf of bread to local food-insecurity programs or through MealConnect with the RI Food Bank. Cookies and carbs for you, comfort bread for someone who needs it- that’s the deal.
I bake out of Millrace Kitchen in Woonsocket, RI, and pop up at local markets and festivals. Whether it’s a rosemary round loaf, a tray of candy cane crust bars, or custom cookies for your kid’s birthday, I’m here to make treats that feel like a hug (without harming animals or your budget).
